Floating Fitness London is delighted to announce an amazing Pole and Aerial Arts & Yoga Retreat in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary. We are going to train and relax from 21 September - 26 September 2023.

10 hours pole, hoop, silks, yoga, dance and flexibility classes
Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced are welcomed
Pole Studio in city centre Budapest, with poles of 3.5-3.75m in height
Aerial Studio in city centre Budapest, with 6m in height
Teachers: World, European, National Champion pole dance instructors, circus director and aerial choreographers, - leaders of Hungarian Pole and Aerial community
4**** Hotel in city centre, closeby to pole and aerial studios

Arrival:
Thursday 21th September 2023
DAY 1: Welcome evening in a ruin pub in city centre

Retreat:
Friday 22nd September - Monday 25th September 2023
Classes: 10 hours training

DAY 2: Morning pole training and stretching 10am-1pm + Buda siteseeing in the afternoon/evening
DAY 3: Pest siteseeing in the morning + afternoon pole training 12:30-15:30pm + Night Spa Party in Széchenyi Bath, the biggest medical spa in Europe (9:30pm-2am)
DAY 4: Free day - optional: private classes, pole photos on stage pole in the city, chilling, shopping, city walks. Recommended full day activity: boat trip on the River Danube to Szentendre, the Medieval Hungarian village of Artists, a gem closeby Budapest.
DAY 5: Aerial worksop 12-3pm: hoop, silks, unique equipments of aerial cube and aerial chandelier.
