PreReqs
Please send an audition video to Aisling at aisling.cheallaigh@gmail.com demonstrating the following prerequisites. The easiest way to send Aisling a video is to upload it to YouTube or Vimeo and send them the link. You can make the video private so that no one else can see it:
Ability to enter the hoop while spinning fast
Flares (any type)
Pullover into hip hang from a dead hang under the bar (static or spinning)
General flexibility: front splits (or close to), pike, pancake, and backbend (bridge with straight arms).
Ability to hold a meathook on one arm (entry can be two armed)
A sequence in the hoop that displays a confident, developed understanding of the aerial hoop vocabulary (30 seconds – 1min)
