I’m Lucy, a professional lollipop, pole and aerial instructor and have been in the industry for over 13 years.

My absolute passion is teaching- sharing the knowledge that I have learnt over the years to help my students progress much quicker than I did, whilst most importantly being safe and having fun!

I am the owner and founder of Inversion Pole Fitness, a Pole and Aerial School based in Lancaster along with Inversion Retreats, a Pole and Aerial Retreats business offering luxury and exclusive holidays across the UK.
